COMPANY ORIGIN

This company (Paul and Betty Lowery Stories, LLC) was formed some fifteen years after Paul began writing children’s stories at home in Kansas City while still employed as an executive at the Home Office of a large company there. In his career, Paul was involved in writing many corporate programs, policies and communications. The ideas for children’s stories were usually prompted by Betty his wife who is a retired teacher.

The vision for PBL Stories, LLC is to provide quality written and illustrated children’s books that are fun, interesting, educational, and are exceptional in image, appeal, and content that promotes a healthy and happy experience for children and adults that read to them.

The success of PBL Stories, LLC can be measured only by the quality experience of those who purchase and read our books. Therefore, the strategy for PBL Stories, LLC is to produce and publish books for children four to eight years of age that are focused on real life subjects endangered species, natural science and healthy and happy topics. At the formulation of this website there are several books in various stages of development and on a variety of subjects. The first book to be published is about sea turtles. The objective of this books is to help children learn that sea turtles are endangered and the importance of protecting them. All of the stories being produced are written in a format that rhymes to enhance attention to the story and interest in the subject.
